Thanks for the good question. There are many ways to learn more about the Ukrainian Catholic Church. First, there are many books. I would recommend Christ – Our Pascha: The Catechism of the Ukrainian Catholic Church. 

As for the Jesus Prayer, I would recommend Prayer of the Heart by George Maloney, but there are many other very good books on the subject, such as The Way of the Pilgrim.

I think the best way to learn more about the way we pray is to get in touch with a Ukrainian Catholic priest and talk to him. Hopefully, I have answered you at least in part. If you have more questions, feel free to ask.
