The 16th Annual Bishop’s Gala is fast approaching, bringing together the faithful of the Eparchy of Edmonton for an evening of prayer, community, and support for our Church’s mission. Set for December 4, 2025, at the Chateau Louis Conference Centre, this much-anticipated event offers every parishioner an opportunity to participate and make a lasting difference.

How You Can Help
We warmly invite you to join us by purchasing Gala tickets or donating to our fundraising auction. The Bishop’s Gala is an important fundraiser which supports the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Edmonton and its ministries. Money raised at this year’s Gala will support the Eparchy’s new initiative, Always Our Parishioners: Renewing Our Hope in Christ, Caring for the Sick and Dying.

Examples of auction donations include:

  • Artwork/paintings/drawings/pottery/home décor items/crystal/etc.
  • Sports memorabilia/tickets/photos/equipment/etc.
  • Holy icons/paintings/decorative crosses
  • Ukrainian folk-art items/embroidery/Easter eggs/wood carvings/etc.
  • Jewellery/fashion accessories/handbags/scarves/gloves/etc.
  • Christmas items/Christmas decorations/gift baskets/gift certificates/gift cards
  • Electronics/tools/small appliances
  • Children’s toys/gifts/video games
  • Professional services/memberships

Please note, auction items should be:
– valued at $75.00 or more
– delivered to the Pastoral Centre (9645 – 108 Avenue) no later than Thursday, November 27
– be accompanied by a purchase receipt or equivalent proof of value to receive a gift-in-kind tax receipt

Your generosity will be acknowledged and celebrated at the Gala.
