In response to the enormous food shortage in Ukrainian regions under occupation and military threats in 2022, the Patriarchal Curia of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church launched an emergency project providing food to those in need.
In 2022, nearly 100,000 food boxes were distributed to 225,000 people but the need continues to be great.
The people of Ukraine are seeking your help. As the full-scale war in Ukraine enters its second year, millions throughout the country are in dire need due to constant bombing, cold temperatures, fluctuating power, lack of food, shelter and other basic necessities.
For just $25, an emergency food package can provide much-needed relief. With a donation of $100, you can buy four packages. Each package will feed two people within a week.
Donations can be made through your local parish or directly to CNEWA with the note “Food Boxes for Ukraine.”
Your support would make all the difference to the people of Ukraine who have struggled to maintain their personal peace and hope amidst a grueling war.
Thank you for being the hands and feet of Christ.
