For your information, upon the recommendation of Very Rev. Gabriel Haber, OSBM, Provincial Superior, Order of St Basil the Great in Canada, Bishop David made the following appointments:

  • Rev. Emilian (Volodymyr) Nychak, OSBM, as Pastor of Lamont and District Parishes;
  • Rev. John Sembrat, OSBM, as Pastor of Saints Peter and Paul Parish, Mundare; and
  • Rev. Iryney Valyavka, OSBM, as Assistant Pastor, Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, Vancouver.

At the same time, Rev. Daniel Wach, OSBM, has been assigned to Saint Nicholas Parish, Winnipeg.
