Silence, the most mysterious form of prayer, is also the simplest. But most people either run away in fear from this simple route of Theosis (union with God) or attempt it but quickly become discouraged. Mother Cecilia will clear up some misconceptions about silence and stir up your desire to plunge into the mystery.
