About Protection of the BVM Parish – St. Paul

Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish in St. Paul is a Ukrainian Catholic parish whose first Divine Liturgies were celebrated in 1942 before its own church was built between 1947 and 1950. The one-acre cemetery was purchased in 1952.

The parish history highlights a dedicated UCWLC, early Basilian service, Eparchial clergy from 1949, and a community that drew about 100 people to monthly Liturgies in 1958.
