St. Josaphat Parish – Innisfree

St. Josaphat Parish in Innisfree is a Ukrainian Catholic parish located about 160 km east of Edmonton. The parish grew from services in private homes and the Roman Catholic church into a dedicated Ukrainian Catholic church begun in 1954 and later enlarged.

Its history reflects a diverse Ukrainian town community, careful parish leadership, and pastoral service by priests from Ukraine, eparchial clergy, deacons, and Basilian clergy.
