About Descent of the Holy Spirit Parish – Darling

Descent of the Holy Spirit, also called Holy Ghost Parish, is a rural Ukrainian Catholic church at Darling near Newbrook. The church was incorporated in 1936 and completed in 1938, with cemetery land attached to the parish site.

The parish history records early service by Basilian priests, later Eparchial clergy, and ongoing pastoral care through the Redwater district.
